My expertise has primarily been gained by leading the corporate strategy and development function for several F500 companies, and from engaging in strategy consulting projects with various organizations from start-up to F50. I have served the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership of many B2B, B2C and B2G firms across a broad array of industries including Consumer Goods, Energy, Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Mining, Non-Profit, Publishing and Telecommunications. I have further benefitted from working with some truly extraordinary and visionary leaders, as well as alongside several of the world’s top consulting firms, whom I have contracted to assist me on critical strategic projects for which I had ultimate accountability.

My formal education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University, an MBA in International Business from Loyola University Chicago and advanced Executive MBA coursework in Corporate Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions and Finance from University of Chicago.  Along my career journey, I have also gained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Services from The University of Texas at Arlington, a Prosci ADKAR® Change Management Certification, and participated in an immersive Executive Leadership Program at Hult Ashridge University in London, receiving specialized training in Strategy, Leadership, Change and Organizational Development.

One of the things I enjoy most is nurturing and coaching next generation talent, as well as working alongside other bright-minded professionals to solve complex challenges. I have employed many top firm ex-consultants as well as high-performing internal corporate talent and also have an extensive network of contract consultants who have specializations across many disciplines.
